Shipping & Delivery
UAE Deliveries
Once your order is confirmed and processed, delivery within the UAE is typically completed within:
- 1–3 business days for major cities
- 2–4 business days for other Emirates
Free shipping may be available on selected orders or promotions, which will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
Deliveries are generally made Monday to Saturday, during standard working hours. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, or high-demand periods. Customers will be notified in case of any significant delay.
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary for certain products. The estimated delivery timeframe shown on the product page should always be referred to.
International Deliveries
For international orders, we work with trusted third-party courier partners. Delivery times vary by destination but generally range between 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout once the delivery address is provided. In rare cases, shipping costs may be adjusted based on the actual weight or dimensions of the shipment. Customers will always be informed and given the option to proceed or cancel before dispatch.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Shop & Ship Addresses
We accept Shop & Ship or forwarding addresses during checkout. Any charges applied by the forwarding company are the sole responsibility of the customer and are billed directly by the service provider.
Customs & Duties
- UAE orders: No customs charges apply.
- International orders: Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking local regulations before placing an international order.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details at checkout.
If an address change is requested after dispatch, any additional courier charges will be passed on to the customer, and delivery timelines may change accordingly.
A signature or valid identification may be required upon delivery to ensure secure handover of the order.
Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- All tags, accessories, and manuals must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Request a Return

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately via email with clear photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Customized or special-order items
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Hazardous or flammable materials

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately. Replacement processing usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on product availability.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

- Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and may take several business days
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Restricted Countries
SEMAIER does not provide products or services to countries restricted under applicable UAE laws and regulations.
