Pricing
We strive to ensure pricing is accurate, but prices may change under exceptional circumstances. Customers will be informed of any corrections before payment is processed, and they will have the option to amend or cancel their order. Prices are available in multiple currencies, customers may select their preferred currency from the dropdown menu at the top of the page.
Placing Orders and Payment Options
Customers can place orders using Credit/Debit Cards or other available payment methods. All online payments are processed securely. Orders can be placed as a guest or registered user. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the goods. Semaier will confirm receipt via email and may contact you to review order details. If products are unavailable or pricing errors occur, we will inform you and offer the option to amend or cancel the order. All orders are governed by UAE law.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and delivered within 2-3 working days across Dubai for free on orders above AED 200. Deliveries occur between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday-Saturday. While we aim to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur, and customers will be notified. All deliveries are subject to stock availability.
Customs
UAE deliveries have no customs charges. International deliveries may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. Customers are encouraged to check applicable customs policies before ordering.
Shipping Address
Please provide accurate address details at the time of order to ensure timely delivery. If the delivery address changes after dispatch, any extra charges incurred by the courier will be passed to the customer. Signature and valid ID may be required upon delivery.
Fashion and Accessories
Returns or exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused, with original packaging and accessories. One-time replacement only.
International Returns
All international returns incur a minimum 20% product value charge. Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable.
DOA / Faulty Products
Defective products must be reported immediately. DOA products within 7 days will be collected for replacement after verification. Proof of purchase and valid ID are required.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled anytime before processing. If dispatched, a 10-20% processing fee may apply. If delivered, cancellation is only possible if the product is in pristine condition with original packaging. Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take up to 25 days.
Privacy
We may request valid ID and credit card verification for safety and compliance. Accepted IDs include Emirates ID, UAE driver’s license, or passport. Failure to provide these may result in order cancellation. All personal and payment information is handled according to UAE Data Protection Laws and is never shared with third parties.
